Information about your role as PSM CDR

 Population Science Management (PSM) is a data research and analytics company with a simple mission: to help people earn extra income by safely sharing their personal data. As a Consumer Data Respondent (CDR), you share insights about your health and daily habits, and in return, you’re recognized as a Working Owner of PSM.

Being part of PSM means you’ll occasionally get tasks to complete — mostly short, meaningful surveys that help shape better healthcare for everyone. How often you get these tasks depends on a few things; sometimes it might be once every few months, other times as often as once a month in your first year. Each completed task pays differently, too, ranging anywhere from $5 to $100

As an active CDR you can also access valuable group benefit plans — including medical coverage and other perks available to Working Owners — as long as you keep up with your monthly contributions. These contributions not only keep your benefits active but also help drive our mission to improve healthcare for all. Your input matters. Your voice helps shape a better system — and you get rewarded for it!

• To get paid, you’ll simply need to complete any tasks or surveys assigned to you when they come up. 

•  When you start as a Consumer Data Respondent, be sure to activate your account and check out the orientation video in your first quarter — it’ll walk you through how it all works and where to find your work posted 

•  You’ll get friendly reminders by email or text to help you stay on track .

Downloading the Covered365 application is your first step. Don't worry, the Covered365 secure portal is just for you, so you can use it on any device, anywhere.

2. It is available on the Apple App Store or Google Play for downloading.

1. Account ACtivation.

• Use your Detego Health Member Portal login info. Activation

2. If you don't have  Member Portal Access yet...

• Call Member Services at 866-200-2513 to get access.

3. Log in to Covered365.

• There you will be able to do your required tasks, check on claims, and update your personal health information.

To keep your Health Benefits active, you’ll need to complete your assigned surveys, which will come either monthly or quarterly 

• Log into the Covered365 App.

• Go down to the section called Surveys.

• Click on Surveys to view all surveys, including those you need to complete and those you have already finished.  

• Complete any survey that is not complete.

1 .Detego Health Emails you:

You will be notified by an email from Detego Health that your fund are available.

Find The "Get Started” link. 

Now confirm your identity

You will receive reminders up to 6 days. If you don’t complete it in time, your payment request will be closed. A resubmission with a new payment request will be required; please don't hesitate to contact your recruiter. Once the new payment information is in, watch for an email stating that your payment is available. You’ll then have 7 days to accept and process.
