Member Portal Directions For Detego Health

Here is the information you need to log in to your Detego Health Member Portal when you sign up for Iron Health Group Coverage.

First: scan the QR code below to get logged into the App.

While in the  Detego Health MEMBER PORTAL...

• Easily access all the links you need.
• All your basic information is on the home page.
• A network finder when looking for providers or lab services.
• You can virtually speak to medical professionals.
• You can reach member support.

HOW TO SEE YOUR EOBS:

• First, click the button that says "My Information" on the home screen.
• You can then view yourself and your dependents by clicking on "Dependents."
• You can also view each member's information by clicking on their name.
• To view your personal EOBs just click on the Member EOBs.
