HOW TO ACCESS AN EOB
- From the Home Page’s Navigation, click on My Information.
- Click on My Dependents. You and your dependents will be listed.
- Under Member Information, click on the correct name you want to view.
- Click on the Member EOBs tab to view EOBs.
